The service and your content

Version 3 includes journaling, intention journeys, reflective writing practices, a quiet breathing minute, a symbolic daily compass and a vision collection. You choose the content you add and record your own outcomes. These features are for reflection, not professional medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.

You retain ownership of your own writing and other content. Add only material you have permission to use. Use the app lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, bypass purchase protections or misuse its services. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

Free features and membership

In version 3, one complete active journey, including steps, outcomes and weekly reviews, is free. Complete a chapter to begin another. Membership allows you to create multiple active journeys at once. Basic writing, reading saved content, export and privacy controls do not require membership.

After membership ends, saved writing and journey history remain readable and exportable. A membership is not a guarantee of cloud backup, AI generation or features not described in the current offer.

Store purchases, renewal and cancellation

Your purchasing store displays the current price, billing period and any eligible introductory offer before you confirm. Prices and available plans can vary by country and store. A free trial applies only if it is explicitly offered to you; there is no universal three-day trial promise for version 3.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store where you purchased. For Apple subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. For Google Play subscriptions, cancel before the next renewal through Google Play subscription settings. You can normally use the subscription for the period already paid after cancellation, subject to the store’s applicable rules. Deleting the app or erasing local content does not cancel a subscription.

Manage billing and refund requests through the purchasing store. See Apple’s cancellation guidance and Google Play’s cancellation guidance. Restore purchases uses your store account; restoring a membership does not restore a locally deleted journal. The current browser experience does not offer checkout.

Local storage and exports

Version 3 stores writing, journey records and selected photos locally on your device or browser. It does not provide cloud journal synchronization. Keep exports and separate photo copies when needed: uninstalling the app or clearing storage may remove local content. Device backups and exported copies are controlled separately by you and their providers.

When recovery is needed, version 3 can preserve the original local data before restoring a validated backup or creating a new space. Settings can export the latest preserved copy. Erase my space removes version 3 content, its copied vision photos and its preserved new-space recovery archives, but not separately preserved original iOS recovery files. It does not remove copies you exported elsewhere or cancel subscriptions. The privacy policy explains these distinctions.

Earlier ManifestAI versions and iOS licensing

Earlier versions can contain AI journal elevation, generated readings and different widgets or Live Activities. AI output can be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. The earlier-version privacy section explains requests to Google Gemini. Version 3’s local-only description does not describe those earlier AI requests.

Existing purchases remain subject to the offer and store terms accepted at purchase. This page does not change a previously confirmed billing period or promise that every old feature is present in version 3.

For the iOS app, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement supplies the standard app license where applicable. It is an Apple-platform license, not the Android app’s terms.

Changes and support

The app and its feature set may change. Material changes to these terms will be reflected here with an updated date and any additional notice required by applicable law. Store rules and applicable consumer rights continue to apply.
