These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ManifestAI: Gratitude Journal iOS application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Subscriptions & Billing

ManifestAI offers a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews at $24.99 per year, or $3.99 per week, depending on the plan selected.
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time in your iPhone's Settings > App Store subscription page.
Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App's normal operation.

Content You Create

You retain ownership of the journal entries, affirmations, and vision board content you create in the App. You are solely responsible for the content you add.

Disclaimer

ManifestAI's Daily Numerology insights and the 369 manifestation method are provided for reflection, entertainment, and personal growth purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, financial, psychological, or legal advice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
