369 Method Examples: What to Write (25+ Affirmations)
The hardest part of the 369 method isn't the writing — it's knowing what to write. Here's the formula that makes an affirmation work, followed by 25+ examples you can copy for love, money, career, health, and self-worth.
The anatomy of a 369 affirmation
Every strong 369 sentence has four parts:
- Gratitude opener — "I am so happy and grateful now that…" puts you in receiving mode.
- Present tense — the desire is already yours. No "want," "will," "hope," or "someday."
- Specific detail — a number, a name, a scene your mind can render.
- Emotion tag — "…and I feel free / safe / radiant." Feeling is the amplifier.
"I am so happy and grateful now that [specific desire, present tense], and I feel [emotion]."
Keep it short enough to write in about 15 seconds — you'll write it 18 times a day for 33 days. If you're new to the schedule itself, start with how to do the 369 method.

How to personalize any example
Copying a line verbatim is a fine day one. By day three, make it yours:
- Swap in your specifics — real names, real numbers, your city, your craft.
- Say it aloud once. If your body tenses with disbelief, soften the claim one notch ("more and more each day…") until it feels true-adjacent, then grow it.
- Keep one sentence per cycle. Pick your favorite and commit for 33 days — variety is for the next cycle.
Can I manifest more than one thing at once?
Run one affirmation per 33-day cycle. Splitting your 18 daily repetitions across three desires gives each one a third of the focus — and focus is the entire mechanism. If two desires feel equally urgent, ask which one, fulfilled, would make the other easier, and start there. The next cycle begins in five weeks; the queue moves faster than you think.
Writing them in the Manifest app
In Manifest, you save your affirmation once and the app serves it back at every 3-6-9 window with a counter for each session, daily affirmations for extra fuel, and an AI-elevated gratitude journal for the feelings that don't fit in one line. Your streak — and a streak freeze for the odd chaotic day — keeps the 33-day cycle honest.
Want to go deeper on the gratitude side? These gratitude journal prompts for manifestation pair beautifully with any affirmation above.
